Latest News:

This service offers online appointments (including telehealth under a mental healthcare plan) to people with cold or flu-like symptoms.  Face to face sessions follow Western Australian COVID-19 protocols.  Owen has been triple vaccinated against COVID-19 (as of 13 March 2022).

I work along-side David Szczecinski and Ryan Hill, two exceptionally  experienced and talented accredited mental health social workers who both have excellent training and prolific skills. They are both life-long learners and are serious about their professional craft.

Here's A Thought:

Different types of post-traumatic stress need different types of treatment.  It makes a difference when we know this, and when we learn the skills to regulate our nervous system with different types of triggers.
